בלנד זה מורכב מ50% ענבי קברנה סוביניון ו50% ענבי פטי ורדו מהחלקות הנבחרות של כרמי היקב שנבצרו ידנית בבציר לילי והובלו ליקב טרם אור ראשון. לאחר הפרדת הענבים מהשזרות הם עברו תחילה השרייה קרה ובהמשך תסיסה איטית ומבוקרת, לאחר שמיצוי הטעמים והצבע הסתיים היין עבר שיקוע וכל זן התיישן בנפרד בחביות עץ אלון צרפתי חדשות למשך 18 חודשים. מהן נבחרו ע"י היינן שבעת החביות הטובות ביותר ובנה מהן ממסך. לאחר מכן היין נכנס שוב לחביות למשך 6 חודשים נוספים, כשלאחריהם בוקבק עם סינון קל בלבד. היין התיישן בבקבוקים תקופה נוספת במרתפי היקב על מנת להגיע לאיזון טעמים מיטבי. טעימת יינן: היין מבטא בטעמיו שילוב מרתק של שני הזנים שמקורם בבורדו, הקברנה סוביניון תורם את עמוד השדרה והרעננות והפטי ורדו תורם את הגוון השחור-סגול האופייני עם טעמי פירות יער סגלגלים. גוף היין מלא והוא אף מפתיע בעוצמתו. לאחר מספר דקות בכוס היין יתחיל להתמסר ולהתרכך. This blend consists of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and 50% Petit Verdot grapes from the selected plots of the winery's vineyards that were handpicked during the night harvest and brought to the winery before first light. After separating the grapes from the vines, they first went through a cold soak and then a slow and controlled fermentation, after the extraction of the flavors and color was finished, the wine was settled and each variety was aged separately in new French oak barrels for 18 months. From which the winemaker selected the seven best barrels and built a screen from them. The wine then went back into the barrels for another 6 months, after which it was bottled with only light filtration. The wine was aged in bottles for an additional period in the cellars of the winery in order to achieve an optimal balance of flavors. Wine Tasting: The wine expresses in its flavors a fascinating combination of the two varieties originating from Bordeaux, the Cabernet Sauvignon contributes the backbone and freshness and the Petit Verdot contributes the characteristic black-purple hue with oval berry flavors.
