This wine is made from Grenache Noir and Syrah grapes from select vineyards in the Galilee. The grapes were gently pressed, which gives the wine its light salmon color. The must underwent a cold and slow fermentation that preserved the freshness of the fruit. The perfect result is an aromatic, fresh and mineral rosé with good acidity and tempting aromas of grapefruit, strawberry and peach.
