The wine is made from 100% chardonnay grapes that were harvested by hand, after settling it went into cold and controlled fermentation at about 14 degrees in French oak barrels and stayed on the lees for 10 months, the wine with presence and roots, aromas of citrus fruits, grapefruit and pomelo next to butter. The wine is dry and crisp with a full body with good acidity that contributes to the balance between the fruit and the wood. Alcohol: 14% 750 ml
